Refund policy
When you get your money back, and when you do not.
This is the policy referred to in the engagement letter you accept before paying. It applies to every service bought on this site.
Cancel before we file — full refund
You may cancel at any point before your return or application is submitted to the Federal Tax Authority, for any reason, and take a full refund of everything you have paid. You do not need to give a reason, and it does not matter how much work has already been done. Nothing is submitted without your explicit approval at the approval step, so this window is entirely under your control.
Fixed scope, or your money back
The fee shown when you paid is fixed for the scope described on that screen. If your case turns out to need work beyond it, we tell you what changed and what it costs before doing any of it. You then either approve the additional fee, or take a full refund of the amount already paid. We never bill you for extra work you have not approved.
An indicative price is not a final one
Some cases are priced as indicative rather than fixed, and the screen says so at the time. A specialist confirms the real scope within one business day. The same rule applies: approve the confirmed price, or take a full refund.
After we file
Once a return or application has been submitted to the FTA on your approval, the service has been delivered and the fee is no longer refundable. If we made a mistake in the work itself, that is not a refund question — tell us and we will correct the filing at our own cost.
How a refund is made
Refunds go back to the card or account the payment came from, through Stripe. We start the refund when you ask for it; how long it takes to appear on your statement is set by your bank, and is commonly five to ten working days.
Asking for a refund
Reply to any email from us, message your specialist on your case, or open a case and use the assistant. There is no form to fill in and no retention process to sit through.
Nothing here limits your rights under UAE consumer protection law. This policy sits alongside our terms of service and privacy policy.
